Probably not since those are usually activated online and work differently than DLCs. The files for a DLC are usually downloaded with the base game, just locked. CreamAPI unlocks those files. A different edition of a game, though, needs to be activated just like the base game did, it cannot be unlocked with just an offline tool like Cream.
